I will see if I can pm you links to some screenshots to show you exactly how to access this feature step by step but my account isn’t older (less than a year) and it’s strange that they would have removed this. I have used in the last month.
Tbh OR customer service aren’t v good oftentimes tho and no doubt they are told not to encourage sharing if contact info because in their strange worldview keeping every comm on OR increases traffic on their s I te and thus potential sales of products
