Amending a references application

Hello,

My landlord has rejected my application because she says that there was information missing on the references. I would like to contact her and say that this was an error and I have that information!
Can OpenRent please tell the landlord asap so she can reopen! We both agreed that we were well matched!

Once they have rejected your application, you can no longer message them. I’m surprised though if it went as far as referencing, the Landlord hasn’t discussed this with you, as they would have incurred costs for the referencing.

Had you paid a holding deposit?
