Amending contract clauses

Hi There,
This is my first time using open rent. I am trying to amend the contract clause e.g. 3.0 as I don’t wish there to be rent in cash. How do I update this? It appears to only allow me to add new clauses and not amend the existing ones.

I have paid the £20 to use this service, but i’m wondering if instead I just use my own contract? As it’s not allowing me to make any changes to this.

3.0 doesn’t state deposit can be paid in cash. It means they choose to pay a ‘deposit’ rather than use ‘deposit replacement’.

It’s paid by bacs. No option to pay in cash via RentNow.

I agree the wording is easily misinterpreted.
