received a rent renewal letter from agents 2 weeks ago which I agreed as they requested me to do. They also asked if I wanted to review the length of fixed term tenancy but said landlord would need to approve.
Today agents have emailed me saying landlord wants to increase the rent higher than what was in the letter from the agents which I’d agreed to.
I thought once they had made the offer, and I’d agreed…that was a tacit agreement…so having agreed this can the landlord keep coming back saying he wants more ?
