I wondered whether anyone had any dealings with Apex properties? I was unfortunate enough to come across them after having advertised on here back in September 2021. Turns out the tenants had infact set up a cannabis farm and disappeared five months later leaving me to deal with the ‘mess’ they’ve left behind.
