How do the student tenants feel, will they all fit in with different working hours etc.
An apprentice what? Depending on what they do could be an issue.
Not without making the whlle property liable to Council Tax, which the 18 year old would end up paying as the students are exempt.
I don’t mix students and professionals unless they come in a group together
