So I just agreed a tenancy here. I’ve read through a lot of stuff in the past week and I thought I read an email or webpage stating that OpenRent can provide assistance to new tenants not just with setting up broadband, but also with physically moving? That they can help arrange things directly with removals firms? Please could someone direct me to the relevant info, or let me know that I dreamt it. Thanks.

Yes you’re right, we do have our concierge partners who offer assistance with setting up your bills, removals and all things moving in. If you didn’t opt in with your details at the time of your Rent Now application just let us know and we can request they give you a call to discuss anything you need.
