Hi, first time poster here, please be gentle.
I’ve just got rid of some poor tenants and spent the last three weeks refurbishing/redecorating my house. It is now almost ready to re-let. I have decided to give Open Rent a go and have been reading lots of threads on different topics. I must admit to becoming a little confused as some information seems to be a little disjointed.
Could any of you good people out there post a ‘best practice’ bullet list concerning the use of Open Rent, and pre-screening questions I should be asking before referencing potential new tenants.
