The flat i rent out theres a couple garages going up for Auction.
Only real issue i can see in the legal pack is the 38 year lease left.
1)How much are the legal fees on buying a Garage
- Anyone extended a lease on a garage before ??
The garage lease is owned by the Blocks RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION LIMITED which im part of as lease was extended on my flat just before i bought it … Not sure if that helps me ??
