Years ago a rep came to my job promoting Howdens So i went to the local branch .Stood at the counter for 10 minutes .3 guys behind the counter No one asked me could they help. I left. A year later the same rep came to another of my jobs , told him I would never go into Howdens again , and I never did. Service is every bit as important as price.
