Are you in england?

Rent in advance more than 1 month (for 1st months rent) can’t be required under RRA so altho could be done voluntarily by you no LL can rely on that, so not much use tbh. Many LLs won’t want to rent to you if you have debt or bad credit, but maybe not impossible esp if you can show dealt with/paid off etc. But def a problem for many LLs, why would they take the risk?
