I viewed a property and the landlord verbally said the property was ours. I haven’t been able to get in contact with him for over a week and now the property has been let.
I don’t know whether to take it as he’s gone with someone else, or just to be patient. He’s not replied to any messages or calls.
What should I do?
If it’s been let, would it not be better to look for something that is actually available?
Could be that the LL has let the property to the O.P and that’s why it says its been “let” ?
Could be but why hasn’t he replied to calls etc.?
