Trying to contact landlord but no signs of him

Hey everyone,

Me and my friend have been through the referencing process and we have been trying to contact the landlord for the past two days and no signs of him whilst till last week he was replying to me relatively fast. Has that happened to anyone before? And does anyone have any advice on what to do when that happens?

HE has maybe gone on holiday… Died… Or wants to rent to someone else… or just a slow worker… There is not much you can do, after a few more days , look elsewhere
