Can’t Reply to Landlord After They Confirmed Viewing — Chat Won’t Send Messages

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the OpenRent messaging system.

I requested a viewing and the landlord replied, however..

But when I try to reply and confirm, the message won’t send — the send button does nothing. The page still says “Waiting for landlord to confirm viewing” even though he already did.

Has anyone experienced this before? How do I get the chat to unlock so I can reply?
