Response via text message

After leaving a voice message to arrange for a viewing, I received a text response from open rent on my phone however when I logged in to open rent there wasn’t any message from that particular landlord. Also I tried to send a message to the landlord again from my open rent ac but my enquiry wasn’t visible on my sent item list ! This seems to be a major technical issue

Please advise how to resolve it
