Cannot pay Deposit

My tenant currently lives in Hong Kong. I have sent him a request for the deposit and he has come back to me with this message. I have run into problems when paying the holding deposit. The payment gateway insists on providing a valid UK postcode, which I don’t have at the moment. I tried to enter the one with the property but the system will check the postcode against my bank records and declined the transaction. I have also put my detailed Hong Kong address in the page but it still insist on a postcode. Please can you let me know what I can do. Thanks

I think you are best to contact Openrent. See help sections & contact us on their website. Maybe it can be paid by BACS instead?
