Hi I have been asked if I can draw up a new Tenancy agreement which will include the Tenants cousin. This is so the cousin can prove he has a place of residence so that his wife (who is abroad) can visit him.
I am wary of this request. Has anyone else had similar?
the wife may end up staying as well . I would not do it
