Can I change the Landlord details from my personal name into my Ltd company?
I believe you have a duty to inform the tenant of the change of ownership. You may also wish to have the rent paid into your business account for accounting purposes. In which case you should serve the tenant with a Section 3 and Section 48 notice.
The question could have so many contexts, and I think you need to be more descriptive for the answers to be accurate.
Do you mean you wish to issue an AST in the Ltd company name, from your own name OR login?
Do you mean you have transferred ownership of your property from your sole name to LTD Co, and want to know how to update OR / the AST / notify the tenant?
