Changing the Payment Amount

Hi,

I have some tenants due to move in who were going to have a pet. They have changed their minds and want to adjust the payment amount, but the contract has already been signed by all parties and we are awaiting full deposit and rent.

What is possible please?

You would both have to agree to waive the existing contract and sign a new one with the new amounts. Be careful that they don’t suddenly get that pet once they’re in after all.
