Hi. I recieved a message from a company who wants to rent my house for long term and they would mange everything. The house would be cleaned and rent to different people. Does this sound too good to be true? Has anyone else come across this?

Ask for a personal guarantee from the director(s) and insist on full referencing at their expense (they are not personally renting the property, so this is not a prohibited fee).
Chances are you will not hear from them again.
