Tenant has signed contract, and so have I as the landlord. No money has appeared.
I would like to cancel contract and re advertise, how simple is this? Can I proceed to advertise? Even if this person has not exited the contract.
Does the tenancy agreement say that the contract is only made once the fist months rent is paid? If so, there is no contract yet to cancel. However, if the tenant suddenly paid, that would change. If this is through Openrent Rentnow, then speak to them about voiding the contract.
