I’m new to this process. I submitted all evidences with comparison. The tenant rejected and my openrent login shows 2 out of 5 negotiation. He is not even in the mindset of partial agreement on the quote and invoices.
Do I need to reply the tenants every negotiation?

You could ask for ADR from whichever scheme the deposit is registered with.
Thanks David. I reached out mydeposits and understood the complete conversation with tenent and all evidences provided in Openrent as negotiation content is not visible for mydeposits. They replied, this suppose to be initiated by Openrent. I’m not sure who and how to reach openrent to trigger it. I booked the service for fix and struggling with the huge timeline defined in Openrent. Can you please advise.
when tenancy comes to an end you’ll automatically get an email from OR asking you if you want to claim from the deposit [otherwise it gets returned in full to tenant]. check your inbox and spam. there’s a time limit of 10 days after end of tenancy to claim so possible you’ve now missed it.
Ask OR, you contact them easily via ‘ask a question’ at bottom right of their page

under your ‘manage tenancy’ page, choose ‘view end of tenancy options’ to do the admin ending the tenancy in Openrent - that should trigger the option to claim from the deposit I think

My tenant gave notice and has moved out she said to keep the deposit to cover damages
When do I get it
You have.to end tenancy on Openrent via the 'manage tenancy ’ options then claim from the deposit within 10 days or it all gets returned to tenant automatically. OR wont know tenancy has ended till you tell them, and deposit cant be released or claimed from before tenancy ends.
When claiming, include copy of message from tenant and evidence of damages, just in case tenant tried to dispute
