The landlord raised claim £100 since I was not accepted he raised £300 here in the openrent. How to proceed?
You can decline that too. If you and he can’t agree, the deposit scheme will arbitrate.

Thanks for your reply. My tenancy ended on 24th May and in the open rent it highlights that owner can make claim till 3rd of June. But owner have not claimed any till 3rd of June. Today I have replied to the owner for the status of deposit. And then he claimed it today June 4th. How the open rent is allowing the owner to do their claim after the deadline?
