I did read information on how to extend deadline but I still don’t understand how to request it on Open rent?!
I’m ready to generate a contract and I read that tenants must pay first month rent and deposit on the day of signing. They can pay on 1st of May which is way past 15 day deadline.
Can someone enlighten me please?!
I assume you mean the holding deposit deadline.
you can generate contract anytime. The tenant does not have to pay monies until just before move in date, although Openrent system will keep asking & reminding them to pay
