Demand for Equal landlords/tenants rights

Hullo Mike Things like pensions , dividends. from shares Interest on money in the bank, financial gifts, etc. Monies that do not come from working for a wage or salary… Some rents can be considered as unearned income depending if you are self employed and in the business of renting out as a business… I have somewhere in the back of my mind that it used to be a higher rate of tax many years ago but I am uncertain about that.

Breathing space is a perfect example. The government giving bad tenants 60 day’s more to hide from paying their arrears.

I can’t believe it’s 25 days since I asked that question, I thought that’s what you meant, however it’s a little more complicated and covers more sauces of income. Anything to deter you from being self sufficient!
