Discovered tenants have changed locks

I have finally managed waved goodbye to the most unpleasant tenant I’ve ever had. I’ve just tried to enter the flat to do the inventory and let in a decorator to discover they had the locks changed during the tenancy.

Am I entitled to change the locks and charge them for the cost of this plus any additional keys that I need?

Provided they have taken all their furniture as well . I would just change the locks and be glad to see the back of them
