I’m a naturally inquisitive person, so when people post questions on here, I’m often interested to know the answer, so I’ll go off and Google it and often find the answer straight away.
Do people generally not know how to do an internet search?
Stick it in Google (other search engines are available!), scroll down past the ads and pick a reputable site. If you don’t get the answer try tweaking the search words.
Eg.
Question re guarantors and whether the credit search is a soft one (in this case, I would go for Experian).
Or, can I have a lodger in more than one property (went for the .gov.uk one on this - I sometimes put site:gov.uk on the end to try and going l find it in HMRC guidance)…
