Do you get TT to sign inventory during check-in?

Is it a hard copy? Or you send it later by e-mail as TA allows (N RLA TA) ?

I use Inventory Hive for digital approval process.

I use smarterinventories which gives the tenant 7 days after check in to agree and sign the inventory digitally. It is a part furnished 2 bed flat and the inventory had 180 pictures. It’s a lot to take in so would have been unreasonable for me to ask them to sign it on move in day.
