Hi, we’ve had OpenRent do an Inventory Check and they’ve given us a document which is 57 pages long! 
But what’s the best way to get it signed by both parties? Print out all pages and sign it? Or is there a way for both parties to do this electronically?

I haven’t used Openrent for an inventory however, I am pretty certain you can sign it electronically.
For digital signing of documents, consider Hellosign (Dropbox Sign) or Signable.
