I am a new landlord and want to get both building and rent guarantee insurance services. I can see that OpenRent provides separate services for rent guarantee insurance and building insurance. But I could get a single quotation for both rent guarantee and building insurance together externally and they look more flexible as not tied to a particular tenant etc. Please advise on this matter.
