Does OpenRent send my account details for rent to a new tenant?

I was wondering if OpenRent sends the tenant my account details for rent payment or if I also have to send to them directly

If you use “rent now” and have provided your bank details to Openrent, yes they provide those details to the tenant. They also collect and register the first months rent and deposit. If you are just advertising, I am not sure, but I would guess not.

I tend to use rent now as for a small sum you get deposit handling, online contract signing and from the tenant side it looks more professional.

I have used this service probably 12 times or so and find it works well.
