I have given section 21 notice her last day is in 4 days time I emailed to ask what time we can collect the keys to our house she replied back saying we won’t be leaving on the 13th. Do I emailed her again saying to give me an indication as when she will be leaving she has not replied back. I have downloaded all documents except the only mistake I made I did not issue a how to rent guide etc. What do I do now I’m not an experienced landlord. Please help

This is what you do…
…and bear in mind that having experienced this, you’re more experienced than me in nearly 30 years of letting property. You’re just paying more for the experience than I would.
Because they said " I am inexperienced" I may not do the same .
