Fee to enquire about rentals?

Hi All,

I’m new to this Application, I reached out to a landlord and they are asking for £10 fee.

Is this legit and normal on this site??

That stat of 89% of Landlords are more likely to rent to verified tenants…..is “interesting” to say the least.

Makes no odds to me (and others on this forum).

It’s designed to make you “stand out” (not forgetting the revenue boost of course), but over time as more and more become verified due to how aggressively it’s being sold, it will mean that tenants don’t actually stand out because of it.

In your original post you stated that the charge was made by. A landlord. It is actually a service offered by Openrent. Anyway, the answer is still the same. You do not have to sign up to it.
