I wonder if anyone can help me with understanding this.
I’m living in a shared house. We have a garden/patio area which has been neglected for a very long time. The landlord did tidy it up in April, but now the grass has grown and it’s getting impossible to step outside as the grass is very long and full with spiders.
When I asked landlord, they replied that it’s tenants responsibility to keep garden clean and to cut the grass.
Is that so?
what does it say on the lease?What i have done with one of my places is buy a lawnmower for the property and the ground floor tenant does the garden… Ask him will he get a lawnmower/strimmer.
