It is a bloody mess, requested certificates with a date agreed in advance with tenants, Openrent take the money, and then send a barrage of messages from contractors offering to do it now, next week, never. A terrible service openrent, how can you be so stupid as to offer this, each contractor mucks around. I am dumbfounded and severely out of pocket.

I’m sorry that a contractor was not available for your preferred appointment time. I can see that you have cancelled the bookings that were not able to accommodate your preferred time for a full refund.
