Electrical certificate - booking never confirmed

Anyone else having trouble? I’ve tried to book via the Openrent system - money taken but the contractor has never confirmed the date to do the actual certificate… Also getting no joy from the OpenRent help team - wondering if anyone else had this issue and how they resolved it.

I had the same problem with a gas cert just over a year ago. Left me with a tenant moving in without a gas cert - not good!

Openrent are great for letting properties but I won’t ever use them for other services again.
