this is not possible . This tenant may need to be avoided and Jack ,with respect, if you are a landlord and asking this question you must be a newby? Join a landlords association

? come on. if she can’t pay the rent, how can she pay the guarantee? the whole point is it is two different people. do some landlord training mate or you will get bitten hard.

No. Because if as tenant they cant afford the rent, then their alter ego guarantor persona cant afford the rent either - unless they have a magic money tree, obviously.
Avoid this applicant as obviously a red flag trying to deceive you.
Maybe consider doing some LL training as this is fairly basic
