I am currently performing credit checks on Guarantors that tenants have slowly provided info for. I paid for Rent Now. Last week initiated a reference check for one of the guarantors. This was £20. This morning I went to pay for referencing for another and the cost is £30. I’m confused as to why the cost is different given I thought I’d followed the same process for both. It’s as if I hadn’t paid for Rent now. Anyone know what I may have done incorrectly?
