Do Openrent have the facility to take one holding deposit for two different named tenants that are looking to rent my property?
@Michael195 it’s generally illegal to take more than one holding deposit at a time for the same property
OR will certainly take a single holding deposit for 2 individuals who will both be tenants on the same tenancy agreement and will be jointly responsible.
