We are tenants and have no money to pay rent for next month. Is it possible to release our 5 weeks holding deposit to landlord instead of paying rent and move out withing a month?

You need to talk to your landlord asap. Explain the situation. It will need some working through. Most landlords would need to do a property inspection before considering allowing this. Technically it should be possible but I think you will need to go into arrears first and then actually move out.
