Need help trying to pay holding deposit on a property it just constantly processing and doing nothing else, I definitely don’t want to pay this straight to the landlord as been stung before and scammed advice please

It looks like for some reason your device isn’t popping up the “3D Secure” authentication box. Do you mind trying from a different device (if you have one), or a different browser on the same device otherwise? Please let me know how you get on!
Unfortunately as payments are all handled by our payments provider (Stripe) there is a limit to how much we can debug this exact issue. I can confirm we are receiving holding deposit payments normally however, and we’ve not had other reports of this issue.
