I have used the Ultimate Advertising package. If I want to take a holding deposit, without upgrading to Rent Now, can I ask tenant to pay direct to me? And can I then just pay £20 for tenant referencing through Openrent and use my own AST which I have used before for this property? I have an account with DPS so deposit can go there when received.
