Hello, please help!
A tenant paid his holding deposit to Open Rent and in mistake I ended my property listing too soon without waiting for Open Rent to do it.
His deposit is now shown as pending in his bank account and my property is still advertised for rent.
Obviously we want to take the flat off the market now and the tenants deposit paid to Open Rent.
Urgently require any help to resolve this please?
