Tenant says they have paid holding deposit but no confirmation

An applicant says they have paid holding deposit but I have had no confirmation from open rent, has anyone else had this

I have the same issue sent off deposit and had no response

I can see that this issue was resolved at the time of writing as the holding deposit was placed on your property and was subsequently accepted.

Due to security checks on the funds leaving the tenant’s bank account, it sometimes takes a short time for holding deposit payments to be received by OpenRent. Rest assured, we will always notify you as soon as the payment reaches us.
