This is second year of my LL cover with Simply Business broker with cover provided by Finsbury Insurance group. The customer service is asking questions like: (1)has the roof been inspected?
(2)you have said that there is damage to roof in storm, not leak. The tiles have moved not as a result of single storm.
Well if trees have blown in storm then why cant tiles move and damage can cause leak.
On 2nd December, the person asks to send the internal photos and on 8th Dec, another employee asks for external photos.
I have seen recommendations for Aviva and Directline for future coverage. Any other recommendations for To LET please.
