How do i contact a landlord about a problem with a lease if am not the renter

How do u complain to landlords about problematic tenants or damage to my property been caused by the landlords?

Put a letter thru the letter box

Councils do that .makes no difference. A tenant isnt gunna willing pass a letter on to there landlord. So they get removed. Does open rent have a direct acess to the landlord?? I cant find anything on here to contact them to resolve a problem

Land registry for £3 will tell you the owner of a property

You may need a solicitor to write formally to the landlord threatening legal action before they take notice.
