After a bad experience with the agents. I am on OpenRent, i hope this is a better experience and less of a headache.
After 3 months with an agent, they finally said they found a tenant and less than 10 days before, they want to impose new property changes and more costs. No common sense in the modifications too, tear down my green house or cover in plastic.
I like to hear your opinions on reference checking? Thank you
