Curious as to how many applications landlords here process at once?
Do you hand out full application form to multiple applicants?
I will only do one application at a time, but I tend to have a good phone conversation even before viewings and has worked ok. Tend to find out quick if there’s an issue.
Asking the questions first will give us a gut feeling to choose a tenant and always have a plan B… I ask a load of questions ,keep a note of answers then choose who fits best. If on a 2nd interview the answers are different I then go to plan b
Yes, I do always have a second choice who are stalled while I process the first application. Good idea about asking same questions again!
