Referencing more than one applicant

Hi,

A couple have just failed their referencing. I have now requested a guarantor and I will reference them.

Two questions:

  • Can I reference the guarantor through OpenRent?
  • I am worried that I am now losing time to when I need to move out. Can I reference other potential people at the some time in case the guarantor fails as well and how do I best do this as I understand I can’t reference other potential applicants for the same listing through OpenRent?

No. You can references as many other tenants as you like as long as you have their permission and details to begin referencing.

OK I cant see how I reference other people?

If I go to the correspondence I have had with them there isn’t an option to do any reference…
