It’s a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation. The law says that landlord must inspect regularly but it also says that the tenants have the right to a peaceful living without any distraction. Now we are at the blessings of the tenants. If they don’t like you, you are harassing. If they like you, you are doing your duty.
